Teams will be placed in divisions with peers based on prior year performance (if applicable), research by the Board of Directors and Advisory Committee, and consultation with HVTBL Program Managers and coaches.
The number of divisions for a given grade/gender could range from 1 to 4 (AA, A, B, and/or C), with the possibility of combined divisions (e.g. AA/A, B/C) and/or crossover games.
