All HVTBL teams make the playoffs regardless of record. Data obtained from regular season results will allow HVTBL to create well-informed, balanced playoff brackets.
At the discretion of the Playoff Committee and Board, and in the interest of fair competition, HVTBL may move clearly misplaced regular-season teams up or down a division for the playoffs.
After regular-season play, the Playoff Committee and Board shall assign teams to, and seed, playoff brackets based on competitive level, schedule strength, results, and overall team performance.
